English Camps in Serbia

Dear friends, summer is very near, and English camps are at hand. Please pray for youth that suppose to come to the camp. We did a lot advertisement this last weekend in town Subotica (Northern Serbia). We are starting camps with two churches from the town, it is going to be one camp for now, and we need your help and support.
Thank you for your prayers and love that is always huge help to us.

We will have tree more camps, we expect that God will bless us with good number of students that need to hear Gospel.

Drug Rehab Centre Evangelism

As I said on one of my previous posts, the Band, a church rehab centre from Novi Sad organized evangelism event in near mountain Fruska gora. The place is another drug addict centre where people don't put their trust in Gods help to fight against drugs. So we made a whole day event with tournaments in Foosball and Table tennis. In the evening was a concert and evangelism. People from Church drug addict centre spoke about their experience with God and why they want to continue to live further after rehab centre. We spoke about our relations with God, and what He did in our lives.

It was interesting experience. The place is without electricity, so we had to bring fuel for generator all equipment, sound system, amplifiers and it was serious rain that day, but God was with us and Gospel was so alive.

As you can see on pictures we had special guests at the concert David my sone and Kristina daughter of our drummer.

The people from the rehab centre on the mountain are calling me, us again and said that would be delighted to come and be guest in the church with Christian rehab group. Thank you for prayers and please pray further for young people in Serbia.

English camp for Roma youth

We just had an English camp with Gypsy youth from Leskovac (South Serbia). Here are some pictures. It was a serious work, but lots of fun and blessings. We had 50 young Roma kids at the camp + about 20 people that were the team. We have about 20 kids that open their hearts for the Lord at the camp. Please pray for further work of Holly Spirit and fallow up program that will effectively help them to grow. Thank you all for partnering with us. Chaga

Snow was a big joy for David and Snezana but not for me. I was a bit tired of it this year, cause we had it till almost 10 March. But as you see on picture it was a lot of it.
We are rejoicing all that is in front of us. Snezana's brother is home in Macedonia after his long job arrangement abroad so we are looking forward to spend some time with him and rest of Snezana's family on end of April.
As you can see David lost his tooth, he is very proud of it, and that is his third.
Yesterday in his kinder garden was local TV and David had a significant role presenting his group for the show. The program will be on a day before Easter.
He is a born actor. Thank you for prayers for us as a family.

Roma Camp

In the beginning of April we will have joy to be a part of Roma English camp. This is second camp that we are about to help to organize with Roma Church from Leskovac town. The camp will also be special cause my wife and son will be with me, Dare Kokan, also a team from Slovenia, Romania and US will join. Of course Steve Brown and Tanja, who organize most of the event. I am looking forward what God will do this time, we heard that already now we will have 60 youth at the camp. Praise God. Thank you for staying with us in prayers for the camp.

Visiting again

A week ago we visited again drug rehab center in Fruska Gora mountain near Novi Sad. All people there are very friendly and love to have us. There is 12 young males, willing to live free from the bondage of drugs, but we wanna help them to be totally free. Snezana and David were with me, also my friend Srdjan. We have a huge burden for them. Steve and Tanja Brown too. They gave about 50$ so that we can buy some food for them cause the canter is self supportive. Thank you Steve and Tanja.
Me and the band plan, God willing, in the middle of May to make evangelistic event there. We will call other boys from christian drug rehab canter to join us and make event together. In plan is tournament in football (soccer) and table tennis, plus our concert in the evening. Please pray for us we need a lot of wisdom how to make all of that, cause there is no electricity. Thank you.

Youth leaders conference

We had by Gods grace our 10 Jubilee conference for youth leader from 11. - 13. December 2009. We had grace to host a group of young leaders from Slovakia who shared with us their experience. It was amassing. The subject was discipleship and all speakers from Slovakia and from Serbia were people that have practical experience in this ministry. Thank you for your prayers, and thank you God for blessing at the conference. Chaga

New frontiers latest

God recently gave me a vision of huge crowd of young people that wonders in my home town. They are not willing to go to church or to reed about God. They think that the answers are somewhere else. In the clubs, or places where concert music of their kind is playing. That is why I decide to go there. My friends Srdjan, Dejan, and Kicha are willing to join me. So we started a band that will play music for those kids. Very radical you will say?? But I believe that God can use this approach so that we can come close to these young people and tell them about real hope.

Please pray for that with us. We are planing our firs concert God willing this spring.

Christian drug rehab centar visit

I was invited to visit from time to time a drug rehab center in one of the churches here in my home town Novi Sad. I was twice there recently sharing my life and experience with Jesus. These people are in the process of fighting with hard drugs, but they are not alone in that. Jesus and local church believers are with them. I am glad that they are inviting me still and that I can help. Thank you for your prayers.
